Are you sure this wasn't women behind the camera laughing like women while watching two parrots. There wasn't any beak movement

#7 The sounds were definitely coming from the parrots. They do not use their beaks to talk
or whistle, the sound comes from their throat.
That looks to be a young Double Yellowhead on top and a young Yellownape Amazon
in the litter box. I have one of each in my house and they laugh the same way.
I do not let them play in the garbage though.

#8 I am aware that parrots talk from their throats. I've had African greys, umbrella cockatoos and macaws in my house. I still call fake here, the parrots were making some sounds granted but I'm sure there was more going off here than meets the ears. The exact sound of children laughing was too accurate for this type of bird. They would have needed to hear this complex pattern of sound a number of times to reproduce anything like what you are hearing. Fake

#11 I can only assume you are not listening to the same sound track that I am listening to. I know a 21 year old African grey parrot that has an amazing vocabulary, sound effects, telephone ringtones, mobile phones starting up and shutting down. But (and the Grey is without doubt the best reproducer of the human voice, no matter how good the yellow Nape or Triple Yellow head with spots on) you would never mistake the tonal quality to that of an actual voice. You must also agree for any parrot to reproduce a complicated sound it would need to hear that exact sound a number of times, usually because someone has taught the bird the phrase. The sounds heard in this video could not have been repeated exactly over and over by several people as is obviously what you are hearing. Also wouldn't you expect the sound of the parrot inside the bin to become louder and quieter when the lid is opened and closed?? Fake!

Chickens have never been considered experts on parrot capabilities concerning speech, so we
will just have to disagree on this one. My Double Yellowhead (Gandalf) is 22 years old and my Yellow Nape
(Chomp)
is about 25 years old and they both laugh and cackle just like the ones in this video.
You underestimate the abilities of Amazonian parrots because you have no experience with them.
