Barbecue stirs up too much of passion inside of me to be a science subject, I just can't think objectively about something so yummy! Perhaps if I was a vegetarian I could take it as a science, but to me it's an art. <3 <3 <3

It kind of grossed me out @ 2:20 when he was talking about knowing about
the "hunk of meat" being cooked and then showing a human muscular diagram. :S

Kind of went "ok, got to be like that" when he showed on himself which area that was. Still think he could have edited it a little different, though...

Don't want to be a killjoy here but BBQ smoke contains Heterocyclic Amines (HCA) and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), which are deemed to be carcinogenic (to cause cancer).

BBQ is great but like anything else, excess is bad.
