Now just get a small electric motor and put a propeller on it,mount it on his back and have a couple long connectors to pull juice from the overhead wires and voila',free transportation! :(|)

It is about 7 years ago in Bratislava, thanks to the size of euro palaette (1200mm) being just about the right size for their narrow gauge tracks (1000mm). Not possible in most places which have the standard gauge of 1435mm.
