This is a friend of a friend, he does competitive break dancing and is around 22 years old, so he has the time and reason. He's worked really hard to get where he is, all credit to him.

#6 I think he is fine. He might spend more time in the gym than anyone but that what makes him great at what he is, just like what it makes great professionals excellent at their profession. Also, is body strength is extremely balanced, unlike of those body builders with excesive muscles. The only weight you need to be able to lift is your own bodyweight.

I want to do the same. At least some of the push ups, they looked impressive. This is way more impressive than being able to bench press 200kg.

awesome...only skill i got is typing slowly i9n the keyboard and pushine the mouse button....sad...time to get up...:) being on the mouse and keyboard still could damage my wrist doc...:)
