It creeps me out how much information we give to google - they are simply an advertising company after all.

"You've seen 27 sad faces today - try this wine!"

"That gent standing at the urinal today had a slightly larger penis than you, try this pump"

"you didn't watch enough of the adverts during X-factor! to make up, watch this..."

#3 "Simply an adverising company" ..well..thats just a few % of the company today..they got their hands in far more stuff then just advertising (adsense), the search engine itself and youtube. Bio engineering, robotics, building their own power grid, hardware in general...its the future skynet.
But this video/software isnt from google (its from Fraunhofer ) just uses a google product wich could be repaced with any hardware thats in the glasses. (Camera and a microprocessor)

But youre is the biggest dataminer..and their motto is still "Dont be evil" (Always they mean they wont be evil or do they mean we should not be evil since they are watching us?)

I could see this being useful for people on the autistic spectrum who have difficulty reading facial cues.
