The text at the end is Japanese: "hikari" which happens to mean "light", clearly no coincidence. It turns out that in this clip it is the name of a fiber-optic Internet product by the Japanese telecom KDDI. http://www.au.kddi.com/english/internet/auhikari/

To think that my Japanese would still be of use :D
