#7 and #8 must be dog lovers; both are correct. I hope someone resolved this situation before the dog's instincts could cause him further harm.

#9 No way of proving split behaviour from a dog. A dog (some dogs actually not all) may well try and cover up a bone or some treat given to them, most actually will not, they will instead just gobble it down irrespective of whether they want it or not.
Some dogs do show signs of distress when faced with an injured animal or and especially their pack leader (often their owner). My personal opinion on seeing this particular video is that #7#8	 are incorrect, this dog was not showing any excitement of finding food he was being empathetic towards dying creatures.
