The guy in the vid is the creator..no retailstore yet..just on request and pick-up only from the manufacturer.
Instead of an inflateable raft i would love one for the summer at a lake..not for fishing..fill the storing with beer..maybe mount a propane grill on it.
1200$ seems expensive..but i think its a fair price. And (if) once it can go to mass production it will get much cheaper.

(And as most american vehicles..it needs 4 cup holders =) )

Apparently it is patented according to their website, so the video is likely old. They are in the fundraising and hiring phase, not shipping product yet.

Just one suggestion, since it has an electric motor...why not a solar charger for the battery as well? Personally I love this, I could have done with one some years ago.
