When I read the title I thought "idiot" was too offensive to the driver, after watching the video I think calling this driver "idiot" is too offensive...
to most average idiots!

I don't even know what he was thinking. A loaded car with at least one passenger. I wouldn't even attempt that overtake on my much faster motorbike.

3 huge mistakes:

1. If he would have stayed to the right the oncoming truck would have avoided him. Very dangerous but still...
2. After he veered to the left he should have STAYED to the left, not turn right back on to the road... loosing control.
3. He should have waited for a bigger opening or for the other two cars to pass firs, rather than overtaking all of them.

"Idiot" is a very kind description. Too many videos like this, coming from the group of neighboring countries, is surely a sign of something endemic and societal.

I wonder why some folk on SNOTR vote thumbs down to some comments that does not insult anything or anyone but just say what they think. Are we nowadays so easily annoyed with the simple thought of others, like the one of #4? He is just saying what he thinks.

Although extreme it wouldn't matter which country this was. This is absolutely typical of the mistakes made by a certain kind of driver. Someone who is incapable of judging speed and distance, someone who has to be in front of all the other cars all the time and is constantly moaning how slow all the other drivers are going, someone who thinks they know it all and better than everybody else on the road. And do you know who that kind of driver is??? Yes a teenager It usually takes something like this to make them slow down, unfortunately some don't get a second chance

Either clueless or suicidal. Every person with a driving license can see the oncoming truck is waay to close (should have merged back behind the truck). It's also strongly discouraged and in some circumstances illegal to overtake more than one vehicle at a time, and for a good reason.
