#2 with men having a 44% chance of being diagnosed with invasive cancer at some point in their lives, and women at 38%? I 'd say yes cancer is pretty successful, but not in the way you are thinking.

#4 you missed #2,s point not sure about the figures but it is is the billions at least.

Chemotherapy and Radiation make enormous amounts of the money for the medical establishment. Forty percent of the U.S. population is about 120 million people and with a $100,000 price tag, these treatments are expected to make the medical establishment about $120 trillion dollars - in the U.S. alone over the lifetime of the current population. To help put that in perspective, $120 trillion dollars is about 8 and a half times the entire U.S. gross domestic product for 2008. No wonder chemotherapy and radiation are so highly recommended by the establishment themselves.

#2 if they spend more than a billion to save one life, just one already , I call it a succes . A life cannot be described in money. It is too valuable.

#6 You got the right attitude kid, but that's not how big business works. Billionaires don't have the same values as normal people, that's why they're billionaires. When you grow up, you'll understand what I'm saying. Keep it up, don't ever become like them by going after the big bucks, it's not worth it. ;)
