Is it rocket or steam powered?
How is that thing actually controllable and stable enough.
A very brave man to test that contraption.... near a fence, truck and people.

#1 It's a steam powered rocket according to the manufacturer. The steam is generated by the rapid expansion of gases from a controlled hydrogen peroxide reaction. The steam is then driven out of the tip rocket motors. Notice at the beginning of the video the pilot does some hand pumping to get the process going. The design is inherently more stable since the thrust is delivered at the tips of the rotary wings instead of through torque from the center shaft. Control is accomplished with variable pitch of the rotors just like any other helicopter.
