From the description, I expected it to be a setup, with some other guy suddenly appearing behind those two... But what followed freaked me out even more. :O

I had to stop a couple of weeks ago while taking my wife to work. Some drunk bloke had got off the bus and fallen into the road in the darkness. Unfortunately, his face broke his fall. My wife looked after him (she's a nurse) while I manoeuvred the car to protect them from traffic until the ambulance arrived.

Two people slowed to make sure we didn't need help, dozens slowed to have a good old look at what was going on, and two drivers blocked the road trying to turn around while the blue-light ambulance was filling their mirrors!!!

Wish I had a dashcam.
