And if it was a real nugget:
1 - it wouldn't be kept in a cigar box

It's a big nugget for sure but I think this day and age $400.000 is being a little over bigged up. It's little more than an average house in the UK.

the SAD thing is, its only metal, gold, tin, lead, metal, it may BE GOLD, but it's still metal.......its only worth, what people will pay....if ALL the gold in the world was flooded onto the marked, that nugget would only be worth about $6000

It reminds me the American Indians who sold some land for some beads and else. Just like #6 says "It is just a metal" it is we humans who gave such a value to a metal or to some beads.
