I get the collar but why the tie? Just because it goes well with a collar or is it some sort of subliminal phallic symbology? Just saying...

#4 My guess is visual gender/age seperation. Adult men get a tie, kids a bowtie, female a scarf or similar

That is why no cartoon will ever be better then Mickey, Goofy and all the Disney cartoons. and that is why my kids will only watch disney cartoons. Cause the rest is cheap crap. Yea it is.
