Wouldn't this interfere with the other systems on the plane?
#6 Does that mean something doing 400mph in the air is faster than something doing 400mph on earth? I always thought the person closest to the apex is fastest...

#7 Think of it like two cars traveling on a circle track with one car traveling on the inside lane while the other car travels
up high on the outside lane. If they both set their cruise control on 50 mph the inside car will slowly pull away because it
is traveling a shorter distance.Since the earth's surface is curved a car on the ground is traveling a shorter distance than a plane following
the curved surface at 30,000 feet.
