Former valet parking attendant here.

While I never participated in these type of antics, I can say that they are common.

Little bars/clubs that offer valet parking don't pay their valets shit. Which, judging from the video shot, looks to be the case (with the exception of a couple of cars, all the rides are pretty bland commuter types).

If you do choose to valet park, tip at key hand-off GENEROUSLY.
