pepper spray has far less SHU. It's around 0,5% to 1% from the pure toxin, not 30 %.

The way he moves is also very strange for someone with severe pain at the scrotum. I'd expect far more movement in an attempt to get rid of it. He acts pretty controlled, which I'd highly doubt he would, even at a far lesser dose.

I fully agree with #4, it looks so fake. My understanding of pepper spray is that it "works" when you inhale or have it in your eyes. I am not sure it works through skin. Second fact, it really doesn't look transparent to me, how couldn't you possibly not see it when you unroll the paper?
For me, it looks like well organised (fake) pranks to make money through YouTube.
