The dog was probably trying to make it a more realistic rescue by knocking him out first :D pretty cool though!

Right at the beginning the guy gives the dog a command...I wonder was it "fetch" ?
Might be something they practice.

Not to start an argument about cats n dogs, but we've all seen the video of the cat rescuing a child from being attacked by a dog, so the protectiveness goes for both ;) Its very touching no matter which one, the bond between humans and animals are always beautiful.

Dogs probably thinking, "What is it with this guy and water? I can't turn my back on him but he's drowning again!"

My dog behaves in exactly the same way. She will not go into the water on her own. So in the summer when she wallowed in something disgusting (again) i have to go for a dive...

My uncle had a dog like that. If you jumped off the boat to swim she would jump in after you, grab your arm and pull you back to the boat. Funny.

I wish we were all as faithful to our parents as this Dog unlike some of us that grow up and abandon their parents. Parents that work for us all their lives and worried about us every day and night. :)
