I have a habit ( good or judge ) when people start in on me to talk to them in a calm measured tone, using logic which they little chance of drives them NUTS! And I love it :-)

Assuming some bunch of terrorists don't get their hands on a nuclear bomb or two and blow the planet to bits, bit by bit. Wouldn't you just love to be around in a few hundred years time and see what happens to religion in the world. I have a bad feeling about one particular branch of the insanity :S

While I appreciate Dawkins' sense of humour when dealing with these mails, for some reason, I cannot laugh about people wishing cancer, plane crashes, or flame-thrower accidents on someone who disagrees with their religion. Unlike Dawkins they seem rather serious about their 'wishes'...

Because Dr Dawkins doesn't believe in God so I have a question: if no God exist in this world and this world is just an accident and all of us are just a walking dirt so what is sense of humour doing here? sense of humour finds meaning when God exists, and God tells us that this world is not created by accident and we have some purpose of creation and all will some day come back to him and the good ones will be reward and the bads well be punished. Then every thing matters. If God doesn't exist so it means all of us are just walking robots so there should be no interests in robots there is no different in a broken robot or a fine one. So in this situation we can break all the robots (humans) in this world.

#9 Really.."the sense of humor finds meaning when god exists..."? Ive seen moneys in the wild doing pranks on each other..but i never have seen any of them worship a god or pray. Seems they found out the sense of humor by themself.

Wow man.. just.. smh.. All I can say is, how very very Christian of them to send such, mean spirited, hateful, and exceptionally hostile mail. Pun intended: HELL of a way to behave... You will all SURELY get through the pearly gates with such behavior. Love thy neighbor huh? Fracking hypocrites.

Sadly this reminds me of the dipshits, who attacked Charlie Ebdo.

#9 I appreciate English is not your first language (or second or third) but I think I get the gist (sorry 'Understand') what you are trying to say and it's all nonsense (sorry 'crap,'rubbish' take your pick)."Walking dirt!, Humour!, Robots!!" look it's all very simple:-

God didn't say anything, the best that can be said is that someone (not God) wrote down stuff in a book (several different books)a long time ago, (not when the earth was formed, millions of years after that) that people like you choose to read and believe. Animals don't believe in god and they are not robots, neither are they walking dust. You don't need religion to have a sense of humour, you really don't. Why did god decide to populate the planet with dinosaurs for millions of years before 'creating' us in his image, what was the point of that?

If you feel you need something to believe in outside of your average 74 years on this rock then you have plenty of religions to choose from and as long as you do no harm to others carry on. Alternatively try opening your mind a little. :)
