Two weeks ago I was at work and my wife called 911 because someone outside the house was banging on the door and shouting, she got a recording - "all our operators are currently busy" Good thing is that it turned out to be a very stupid prank by someone we know, and I finally got to show my wife how to use a shotgun.

Well said #2, when the cops are 10 minutes out and your life is in danger now, you need to be able to defend yourself and your home.

Very powerful chilling advert. People who phone the emergency services for genuinely stupid reasons should think! because each time they do that they are diluting the minds of the operatives into missing genuine emergency calls like this.

I thought this was going to be a stupid 911 prank or something and I was waiting for the punch line. Turns out to be a powerful hard hitting advert.
