Brilliant commercial. I read somewhere a while ago, that this technique at a slightly slower speed actually allows people to read about 10-12 times faster on average without their eyes getting tired at all.

#3 Problem with reading in a traditional way is that your eyes don't move in a straight line from left to right, but jump around most of the time, refocusing every now and then. Thus forcing the eye to only see what you want it to read is of course a lot faster.

#4 The trick is that the brain doesnt read letter by letter but sees the word as memorized picture. Like the test where you switch letters just keep the first and last...the brain is still able to interpret. A lot of mental magic tricks are based on that principle..the brain is easy to fool.
