This is the reason you never prank call the emergency line. And also the reason why operators must never assume it is a prank call. If the caller says he has been shot in the face and can only talk from his asshole, you take his word for it. People can't always think straight in life or death situations.

That operator should be fried and jailed. Hopefully it's different than in the US where they would just get suspension with pay for a few days and then a nice paid cushy retraining.

Well there is nothing like a nice reassuring sympathetic voice on the end of the phone when you have just been shot four times. This was about the level for someone shot in the leg with an elastic band :S

And that police operator! For crying out loud! How many times the victim had to tell that stupid woman that He WAS SHOT? Get your head out of your ass.

Ok, it seems they are very much stalling the process and don't take him serious. On the other hand, they keep him busy and that way he doesn't pass out.

So maybe (and this is a wild guess) it is just procedure to keep the victim awake and alive, and no so much doubting him.

What a bitch! She should be fired. If she knew the person she wouldn't be acting like that

#2 I think frying her would be a little extreme but I like the way you think. :)

It should be noted that ambulance and police was sent to the location immediately as the call came in, so the obnoxiousness doesn't mean the guy didn't get the help he needed.

Bitch should be fired, she's not there to justify the reason for the call only respond to the emergency. I send her arse to prison but that would be a higher standard of living for the bitch.

Its a type of conversation to keep the severely injured caller on the line and distracted. What are they supposed to talk about, the weather, Hockey? No the Swedish hockey team is still building. Maybe the new cookbook.
