Teenager gets shot in the head and calls Swedish SOS, the operator doesn't believe him
In late October 2014 a 16-year-old boy called SOS alarm in Sweden. He and his friend were shot. The operator did not believe him.
The 16-year-old boy who's talking was shot in the head, entrance wound by the left ear and exit wound by his right eye. This happened in Norrahammar, close to Jönköping. The boy who's calling survived but his friend died.

That operator should be fried and jailed. Hopefully it's different than in the US where they would just get suspension with pay for a few days and then a nice paid cushy retraining.

Well there is nothing like a nice reassuring sympathetic voice on the end of the phone when you have just been shot four times. This was about the level for someone shot in the leg with an elastic band

Lessons I have learned today

Ok, it seems they are very much stalling the process and don't take him serious. On the other hand, they keep him busy and that way he doesn't pass out.
So maybe (and this is a wild guess) it is just procedure to keep the victim awake and alive, and no so much doubting him.

What a bitch! She should be fired. If she knew the person she wouldn't be acting like that
