I've recently been to the store near Airdrie, Alberta, Canada and these stores are awesome to look around in. You can spend hours in places like this.

#6 You forget that it also creates jobs. Sure not dream jobs, but many jobs packed in a "small" space. People rent store space and hire people, building needs maintance, tourist attraction wich generates extra income..
I wouldnt say waste of money, long term investion. And since taxes get paid, it helps everyone in the long run.

(Sure it also could become a fail like artificial dubai islands)

I am surprised that Bill didn't trip on something or take a
fall at least once to keep up his image of being accident-prone. :D
You could spend all day sight-seeing and shopping in that place when finished.
