Looks absolutely insane! :) The best part is it's in real time rendering! You can see the women is moving her head slowly, probably because of the slow tracking sensors or something, but still very impressive :) I love technology!

I bet that they could come up with a way to compensate the natural lighting, so the face becomes a perfectly blank canvas to project anything upon (including faces from other genders, races, or species).

I'm looking forward to a 'transparent' illusion where you'd see a glass head with the background shining through.

Take this a few years into the future, this is integrated with your webcam and video games, so your avatar has your face, plus mods of your own choice. And talks in lip-sync plus all the facial expressions as you talk to your team members in a MMORPG. Would be hilarious if your mom called you down for dinner and this burly orc starts yelling: "Mom, not now! We're about to raid this castle!"
