The same thing applies to everybody...irrespective of what colour skin they have, I feel sick to my guts when I see a Demo turned into a riot by a few people, then those same people go around and start kicking in shop windows and stealing stuff...and by a strange coincidence its nearly always TV's and other big price items. These are NOT protesters...they are vermin and scum

This kind of editing is probably supposed to make him appear more dynamic, but it somehow makes him look like he isn't able to complete a single sentence without help from the cutting software (i am sure he can).

These days, you don't get any coverage of your protest if nothing burns. So i think some violent protests can be justified from an utilitarian point of view. But most of the time the kids are indeed just there too "f**k s**t up", what usually simply discredits a movement.
It is funny how the media generally presents these kind of protests in a bad light when they're close at home and glorifies them when they are in Egypt for example.

#4 I dont like that way of editing either..but i guess he just cut out the umms and hmms while he formulated the sentence in his head without cursing too much or some rage that is not supposed to be public because he followed his message "think before you act"..shows he talks from his brain and not from a script..else that would be a 15min vid with the same message..and you know the attention span and reaction to "Umm" or too much cursing of some people

You're a damn idiot. If you yourself stopped talking and started thinking you would understand that the people who act violently on riots are those who are deprived of the education and the means to think differently.

#4 I have to disagree on whether or not something gets covered. It really depends on what the management of the media wants to cover. I've seen it myself, several thousand white people protesting about government and nary a mention or the media doesn't show up. You get 10 illegal aliens on a street corner and 4-5 media outlets are there talking about how it's massive outcry with really tight photographing to make it look like there's a bunch of people. It really depends on management and what message they want to convey, their personal beliefs. It's supposed to be news, but it's mostly just propaganda these days.

Well said Hotdamnirock. That took guts. Be ready for a backlash cause I'm sure they'll be some who don't like it.

Someone with cred has to stand up to the "I'm black so imma victim so I gonna go burn a tyre or smash some shit" mentality.

Baltimore is 65% black, the mayor is black, the prosecutor is black, half the cops charged are black.

It's not about color anymore - it's about an ingrained slave class mentality in so many people.

Even though agreeing with peaceful protests and rioting a totally counterproductive kind of behavior, it is however a sign that something is inertly wrong within society and it needs to be addressed and the people listened to when things are calm again.
