I am confused. What is "processed sugar"? And what's the benefit of "half of the calories of regular ice cream"?

I am fat because I eat "processed sugar" and eat ice cream - a friend of mine told me many years ago - "There are no fat persons in Auschwitz". A person is fat (or obese if you want) not because eats "processed sugar", and ice cream, but just because eats too much. In my country (Bulgaria) they say - You can't have the dick in the cunt and the soul in the paradise.
