As much as I'd like it to be real, I'm calling fake for the same reason #3 did.
In particular, it seemed like they took a looooooong time to cover that car up.

Very convenient they had the time to finish.

#6 then he would have a sign in the car to prove he's allowed to use that spot. Handicapped drivers aren't stupid - they know their rights.
