Why can't USA just fund their NASA properly, so they can be the leaders of space exploration and the keystone in understanding the universe further. Stop funding all your money into military, defense and weapons. I should run for presidency, I know, but it just bothers me.

I could give you numerous quotes from exalted scientists and physicists, but in all seriousness: Wake up!
