Lol, I worked in a kitchen, and had to put the hood filters trough the dishwasher every day. Once every 3 month they got a detergent bath, to get even the minor residue of fat out of the small corners.

But he says in one breath "We cleaned this 3 (4?) months ago" and then showing the underside of the prep area "Never been cleaned since it opened"...? Did he just not do a very good job?

Yes #6, so agree with you...hope that place was shut down for good..if not send in the DOH (Department of Health) asap..they inspect hospitals every 5 minutes (exaggerating!), so why shouldn't they inspect places like that regularly...boils down to not only big safety issues but just plain disrespect for the customer...pisses me off..

#11 Believe it or not, most of the restaurants I eat at in Romania are cleaner compared to those in the U.S. I've been there, and even at McDonald's, where they should have everything standardized, compared to the McDonald's in Romania, they were, as this guy puts it, plain "filthy".

On the flip side - this cleaning company isn't demonstrating their commitment to customer confidentiality

I know some young people who used to work at various fast food chains in the US when they were kids and I was appalled what all of them told me about the cleanliness in those "restaurants"...and not that it was just filthy, the pest invasion was also rampant...so, lost most of my desire for fast food, and I am by no means a germaphobe nor a cleanliness fanatic.
