Looney Tunes
Chuck Jones, the creator of Looney Tunes, is a cartoon legend, but few know of his roots. He was well-known for his work on several cartoon shorts for Warner Bros. As an animator, cartoon artist, screenwriter, producer and director of animated films, he had quite an array of talent.
His career with Warner ended in 1962, but that didn't stop him from creating "Sib Tower 12 Productions," a cartoon powerhouse. This company produced many shows including, "Tom and Jerry shorts" and the T.V. adaptation of Dr. Seuss' "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!" He sadly passed away in 2002, but his spirit lives on in his incredible work. Here is a closer look at the mastermind behind the cartoon that shaped a generation.
