Where did that sitting woman come from? Also, did you notice that all trees next to the road got flattened instantly. So, weird.

I am guessing that woman got dumped out of the white car when the wind tipped it up on its side.But she may have just been walking along and got caught up in the winds. Lucky she did not get carried up into the funnel.
The white car can be seen wedged between trees in the distance.

#1 and #2 she is a pedestrian and she was pushed by the wind in front of the car, you can see that between 0:10 and 0:13 ( she is sliding from the left )
