Biologists are Amazed at what These Fish Can Do

For as much as science and technology have advanced in the modern age, most of the deep ocean and the creatures that inhabit it are still a mystery. To survive in the darkest and deepest trenches on Earth, these fish have to develop certain traits. One of the more prominent features of deep sea fish is bioluminescense.

Bioluminescence can be used for anything from camouflage to communication. Some species of squid use light-emitting cells to blend in with lights shining from above the surface. Anglerfish use bioluminescence to attract prey. As science continues to dive deeper and explore more of the ocean, there is no telling what we might find next.

This also belongs in Animals and / or Nature. If a video is assigned multiple categories, can all of them be shown? I also have to add that certain parts of this video reminded me of 'The Abyss'.
