Does this sport exists outside the US ?
The closest international sport I can see (from very far) is the Rugby.

Silly old me, and I always thought, clever tactics, impressive runs and nearly impossible pass receptions where, "what football is all about", and not people getting hurt.

I think while ever the helmets are coming off it's fine, when the first helmet comes off with the head inside that's the time to look a little more closely at the rules. >:) :squirrel:

Fun to watch, but the video would have been better if half the hits weren't illegal.

#7 I will leave it to you to tell some of those NFL monsters that they don't play football.Your own little island came up with the name "soccer"so get used to it.
If you prefer men running around in silk pants playing kick-ball and faking injuries, that is just fine with me.
US women play soccer pretty well though, have you noticed? Didn't your women get beat by Japan in the world cup?

#8 The avatar tells me he's turkish, not english. Plus, that argument looks childish - you really wanna get into what USA won in football?

#9 What the US women won is called the World Cup, didn't you hear?
And #7's profile says he/she is from the UK,not Turkey, but I wouldn't blame him if he was lying.

#10 No offence..but its kinda funny that most americans dont give a single shit about soccer/european football, but when your girls won the worldcup it suddenly became a sport that is worth mentioning. Lets see if i could brag about it...oh..i can.
The Germany women's national football team, organised by the DFB, are the only women's team ever to have successfully defended the FIFA Women's World Cup, winning in 2003 under past coach Tina Theune-Meyer and 2007 under current coach Silvia Neid.[5] They have also won the last six UEFA Women's Championships (1995, 1997, 2001, 2005, 2009, 2013)
Didnt you hear? Guess not.

#11 No offence taken, but you might notice that pipi asked if I wanted to get into what the US has won in soccer so I had to bring up the world cup win,and that is their third. For the US to win anything in a game that we modified and made better (American football) a hundred years ago by adding throwing and tackling is astounding to me. For an European country to win is what I would expect , or maybe a South American country like Brazil.
You are right that most Americans don't care a bit about soccer except when their children play it at school or our national team is playing well in a world cup or Olympics (where the women have won 4 gold's). Men here tend to play a more crowd- pleasing action sport like the NFL or Pro basketball.
btw...were you bragging? yes you were :D

#12 Football itself is a modified version of ancient sports. Why do americans say things like "we made it better". Plus, assuming only south american teams win football titles is yet another proof that you know little about football - as in, that silly sport that everybody else in the world plays.

Sorry #12, not sure what Americans you know because I know many Americans who love soccer and realize by now what an amazing sport it is and watched FiFA with as much passion as I did...

#1 Canada also plays NFL style football and many of their players come to the US to play.
Average fan attendance at Major League Soccer games is about 19,000 in the US.
Average attendance at all the NFL games is 75,000 to 95,000 fans, and there are about 14 games
going on each weekend during the football season.

#14 You need to read a little better....I said I would expect an European country OR a South American country to usually win the world cup, and one of them generally does.
#13 Blew out of the water? How, by bragging and copy/pasting Germany's record in soccer from Wiki? OOOOOOOAAAHHHH. :D
( and you are still brown-nosing) again
Isn't your husband going to get jealous?
Picture of thundersnow58 achievements

Oh doesn't matter where and how #11 got his info..he stated Wiki...that means he quotes their info, you have done it many times too and so have I and many others...nothing wrong with that unless he'd claim it as his own source, which he didn't and never ever had done before...and quoting facts is not bragging it's just that...stating facts..yes he said he would brag, but it was a joke, because he placed wiki before he started his info..he didn't brag and he is not the the type of person that would brag sux you got no leg to stand on this time......even if you want to call me brown noser, go right ahead, it doesn't bother me one bit, my submitted videos get posted whenever they get posted just like everyone else's videos get posted whenever they get posted ....and yes...I will stick up for #11 <3 no effing matter what!....sux still being blown out of the water by #11...fuck yeah..........and I could care less about my "husband" being jealous....

Nothing I said has been refuted or shown to be inaccurate by anyone so far and it is amusing to see you take the bait and go off on a brown nosing defense of Sizz who is perfectly capable of debate on his own.
You think soccer is great, the vast majority of Americans prefer the NFL as demonstrated by #16 and I do not know a single person who ever bothers to watch soccer if they have another choice. Even at the Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar I go to there were not many soccer fans watching the world cup games except to see if the US team could win it again, and if that sounds nationalistic then that's just fine.
No husband huh? Can't imagine why.....girlfriend maybe getting jealous then. :* :O

#18 #19 One emoticon to rule them all (i) :squirrel: (i)

#18 Sorry..but as Sux said..i can defend my own if i wanted. No need to try "catching bullets" for me. But thanks anyway. ;)

I just said that i find it funny how many americans suddenly go "yay for our woman soccer team" but on every other occation before they won, soccer was just a silly game nobody cares about. Not only on snotr, but on every forum/website i monitor.
My statement must not be answered since it wasnt a question, its a fact that i just noticed and found funny.
Neutral observation.

Some lame fanboy video, as it says "big hits is what this sport is all about"
