I thought great, they all were destroyed and now you get the beautiful scenery back and hundreds of eagles and hawks and owls won't be killed by the blades, but then they returned and ruined the vistas even more so. :(

#3 The way I understand it, the scattered broken parts of the windmills are meant to symbolize seeds that grew new windmills.
