It's a nice touch that the car is facing outward when it's delivered back again.
I hope they build this thing uphill so it won't get flooded during heavy rains :x

I guess you can forget about parking your motorcycle in that garage. :S
I wonder how large and heavy of a vehicle you can park in that facility.

#4 Some of these use the two-track footprint, some use solid plate under the whole car so you can park a bike. Anyway, costs lot of money to build over the group and much much more to build underground. Delivery time is in tens of seconds up to minutes, and it's serial process - you can hardly manage more that 20 cars per hour in/out. So it's usually deployed as a demonstration of nice machine (expensive toy) or when cost of parking few cars does not matter (need to find a way how to park all top and senior management cars near the office in the historical centre of the city, etc.). If you have a small backyard but you know you can dig 30 meters down, it's one of the options.
The size and weight of the vehicle it's able to serve dependes on the specification - I am sure such thing can be build even for H1 but that's not the classic use case for these ;).

Sooo impractical, as to be amazing. An excavation that deep and large: millions in many places. And how do you keep water out, during a power failure? Incredibly slow as well. Employees do not arrive one at a time during the beginning and end of the workday. The guy parked his car too far back as well, notice when retrieving his car, the trunk almost gets sheared off. Never underestimate the ability for subhuman americans to damage/misuse this system. Repairing it? Huge delay and people’s cars trapped. Fire? How do you fight it, particularly the fumes trapped underground? Cute idea, but realistically, terrible idea.

Okay, this time it's my turn to pose that question...why down-vote me for welcoming someone to snotr???...I don't care if I get down-voted for anything else on any comment or any submitted video, but that does not make any sense...unless the new user down-voted me because he/she felt uncomfortable me welcoming them, which is highly unlikely, but I would respect that...so...who the heck down-voted me for a friendly gesture on #11??? :S.....but since #12 commented after me, I think I have a hunch who did the down-voting...

#13 FYI I had not down-voted you until just now @ 7:00 am Thursday morning. The reason? For welcoming a turd who says Americans are subhuman.
