People are very amazed more by the fact that its a police office doing it, its not something police would normally do in Russia. Good on him though, not everyone is a bad person, think twice next time you say all cops are bad! :(|) <3

#7 In general it is pretty much so and especially in some massive parts of Ukraine.

Ukraine is a complicated territory, country with mixed population. Simply put it's in some way like USA and UK, where UK is Ukraine. Except they are not divided by ocean.
It's not exactly like that, of course.

wondering about emergency lights also i guess it wasnt such a big deal to even have those lights on.

Id say he was slacking on his job didnt want to do work, if he would be 1st on the scene
so lets stop and help old lady and hit 2 birds with one stone.
