I hope they still use anesthesia just in case someone still can feel things when they remove the intestines.

I am an organ donor. And I have signed my "contract" with the donor register in a way that makes it impossible for my family to rewoke my decision.

There is a legend, the one who gets one of your organs, also gets a part of your abilities. Like if you play piano, the receiver of the organ also wants to play piano. It is a bit like living forever. It gives me a good feeling, when a kid gets my heart, he or she can live another 75 years as a 'normal' person. It seems when a kid gets an organ the body heals the old sores as the kid grows older.
