#3 Indeed..that little human had to work hard to not fly off..

On a serious note..what kind of log is that? Completly dry or is there a type of wood that is that lightweight? The very few logs i worked with (about same size) were barely ok to carry alone..but to be swung like a Bo-stick..nopes

#4 I looked back at the original video, but couldn't find any info on what kind of wood the log might be, difficult too because had to plug all of it in google translate because the video is Russian, which reminded me that I should have put it in category Russian. Could you still change it? ;)

The log is only about six or seven feet long and is used in some Russian martial arts training.

The log is clearly fixed to a platform on wheels or is being suspended and is not being held up by the guy as that would be impossible :S

#12 Here he is again spinning the log but without the camera attached.
He is wearing a martial arts belt and this is part of their training.
He is clearly spinning the log with no help from wires or wheels.
