Here's a Honda GX engine...These have always been really reliable but a little more expensive than what #1 posted. (i)BTW 200mpg give or take

I guess it just has one speed, doesn't appear to have a throttle. :S

#4 The throttle is controlled by the lever on the right handle bar. At 1:10 you can see him pull in on the lever and then the bike slowly starts to accelerate. At 3:55 you can see a wire link connecting the choke shaft to the throttle shaft which probably means when he pulls the lever all the way it activates the choke for starting and then when he releases it a bit he has full throttle. During the vid you can trace the gray cable going from the carb area to the handlebar lever.
