CRAZYNESS!!!! Yet no wrecks.....unreal. First thing that came to mind was the video game, "FROGGER".

At least they're driving on the right side of the road (literally) Hey United Kingdom! We'll go to the metric system when you quit driving on the wrong side of the road!!

Hey #7, Don't You know left is right and right is wrong? Also we (UK) use both metric and imperial, not confusing at all

Yes, and we need more roundabouts in the US since they really improve traffic flow.

Believe it or not but #11 may have a point, now that I watched the video again and noticed the people walking unusually fast...
