Fast or slow, excess skin is a minor issue when measured against the benefits of the loss.

Good for him for finding inspiration and good for the original video maker for inspiring such change in another person.

#2 indeed it's true, but as many nutritionists say: it's harder to maintain your weight after a wight loss than the actual weight loss. at least for the first 2 years. In my opinion, depending on how fast you lose weight is directly proportional to how fast you will gain it back if you are not trying to maintain your weight after the wright loss. for example, i lost 10 kgs in about one month and 10 days, and I put them all back in like 1.5 months

Wow...truly inspiring..I really hope he is able to do this without gastric bypass surgery, as I have seen some major complications with that procedure, starting with fistula development to the outside, sepsis, respiratory failure and eventually death...not saying that all of them end that way, but certainly some do..would like to see updates from this guy over time, what a nice man he is, I wish him success.. <3
