this is just sad.. to have all those surgeries and try to look pretty just because you're ugly and empty on the inside

"Together with the skin and associated fascia and muscles, the rib cage makes up the thoracic wall and provides attachments for the muscles of the neck, thorax, upper abdomen, and back..."
Now she's just vulnerable for future problems but you wanna know the real reason why I hate plastic surgery?
They didn't earn the way they look but instead sold out...
*I'm not talking about burn victims etc.

The removal of the ribs seems to be the smallest problem. Everything on her is fake and the worst part is that it shows. Terrible plastic surgery. There is nothing I dislike more than seeing people who look fake, unrealistic... non-human like, it's always the case when they've used plastic surgery, botox and what not. Who can honestly say that she looks good? I'm not just talking about the removal of the ribs, but her bosom, especially the face, are you really attracted to that kind of face?

All that modifications have to reduce life expectancy for a few decades. That woman needs psychological help, not surgery. How is this compatible with the hippocratic oath?

#5 being vulnerable does not equal being stupid. I'd wish she had grown up with people giving her self esteem etc. As #2 said, something about fixing the inside so you don't have to 'fix' the outside. This is just

I think if I were her reading all the comments above I would feel really depressed. I wonder if the same comments would to aimed at a gender change individual. I don't think the two issues are a million miles apart and for that matter would everyone make the same comments about an anorexic. This woman clearly has a body image issue that presumably can only be satisfied by repeated surgery which cannot be pleasant. Personally I feel very sorry for the way she feels.

There are actually a lot of good comments here regarding this video, one cannot avoid an elicitation of strong opinions with a controversial topic like that..#16 I disagree somewhat with the part of your comment that the change this woman chose is not miles apart from a gender change individual. I believe those two are very different in so far as she was inspired by cartoon characters whose appearance she wanted to align with, and a transgender individual wants the gender change due to an overwhelmingly strong feeling all her (his) life that her body is trapped in the wrong gender and she cannot live a full and "normal" life in that condition. Transgenders don't have a body image issue, but they have a real gender/body mismatch, until it is surgically corrected.

Yep she's nuts alright. The only consolation is she's only mutilating herself vs. mutilating/killing others. Got to give her that.

Am I the only one thinking she was prettier before?
