What people don't realise about Russia is that this isn't real life, the whole country is involved in a Hugh game (Think Deathrace 2000 crossed with Rollerball with a bit of Hunger games thrown in) The object of the game is to take out as many cars each day on and back from work or cause as much carnage as possible. Each citizen has a running total and several spare cars. Every four years the citizen with the highest value of 'Hit's' based on insurance claims gets to become president.
