#4 The current version has a flight time of 10 minutes. Thats 20 times more than previous personal VTOL devices (rocket belts) had to offer.

Jet packs could be in commercial use today but the government would never allow it! You'd have people flying into other countries without going through passport control. Health and safety issues. Basically, it's the law that we will be stuck on the ground for the rest of our lives unless we go through security at an airport. I'm surprised they've allowed drones to get off the ground. If you want a jet pack, build one and hope you don't get caught flying it around.
