He was already looking up the whole time so there must have been some sort of commotion going on up above that had gotten his attention. Lucky for the child that the man continued to focus his attention on what was happening above and used quick reflexes to save the day. :)

I'm just glad he wasn't a goal keeper, otherwise the video would have ended with a couple of bounces and a goal kick. >:)
