There is no point. This is nonsense. Saying people from an ethnic group all look the same because you are not from that group and therefore just don't appreciate distinguishing features because all you see is 'Japanese' is racist.
Not being able to look at someone and decide if they are Chinese or Japanese is not racist.

I thought the video was superb. The world has gone a bit racist mad, nothing is Politically correct anymore, everyone seems to be queuing up to be offended by the slightest sip of the tongue. Police were called to school in England last week when a child of Muslim decent wrote in his school book that he lived in a terrorist house. He couldn't spell terraced properly. >:)
