Any infos what kind of algorithms are used to find the solution? Are they computed in real time? Is the solution optimized to use the minimum amount of operations, or is it just a really fast execution of standard moves?

Brilliant Engineering.
It's a real shame that the cube is not standard but has to be modified for it to work.

#5 You went throu the struggle of removing the stickers? Silly you..i just broke the thing apart and re-attached the blocks..looks cleaner ;)
(And you can mess it up for the next genius by switching 2 blocks) >:)
