Everything nowadays is about perception. Most people see a bunch of videos coming from Russia and they all believe russians are stupid. The fact is, the proportion of stupid people is about the same in almost every country in Europe, America, Asia or Australia. The only difference is almost every russian driver has a dash cam because of their insurance policy, and so, they catch a lot of dumb shit. I see the same amount of idiots in my country everyday, i just don't have the dash cam to upload the content. e.g. Yesterday i almost had an accident because of a girl driving with beats by dre on her ears with the volume up (she didnt hear my horn even when i was near her).

#3 Sir, good hearty people, of course, will always be the part of any community, and this video proves that to be true. But... try to go through the Moscow or even through peripherals there. A lot of aggressive drivers all around. I've been there, saw that. Quite 'funny', as long it is not my everydays 'carnage'.
