A-MAAAAZING!! 3 x explosions and 3 x Manhole covers flying in to the air. Too much of a coincidence if you ask me.

#3 perhaps some sewer gas accumulation :x for example, septic tanks must be ALWAYS properly ventilated, or the risk of an explosion is serious :x

#3 I understand things like this are relatively common in cities with very old infrastructure. Accumulated gas (natural and sewer - about the same but different sources)and steam pipe breaks. Think New York City!
